Bonding Humans Together

5/12/2022

A stage full of talent, including Prince and Tom Petty who have died but will not be forgotten. I thought some of you might enjoy this break from our busy lives as much as I did. Musicians and their music have been bonding us humans in unity for an exceptionally long time.

Thank you to the musicians of the world, for the international, cultural, and racial collaboration that has proven we do better when we work together to blend our ideas and help each other accomplish,

Less trouble and a great song!

5/9/2022

I will trust you with an obscure little go-to song of mine. I’ll listen to it when I need core reassurance that I am not alone when experiencing the normal daily stressors on a more frequent or intense level than any of us care to experience. I am referring to the beautiful song  “Trouble” by Yusuf Islam, previously known as Cat Stevens. It was first released on his album Mona Bone Jakon in 1970. His music has always moved me to accept my humanness and to help me realize we are all in this together. I hope you will take a break from your day’s hustle to find and enjoy the song. I’ll warn you; it is a moving grounding.

From the inside out, making life easier.

5/3/2022

Good early morning!

I can’t thank you all enough for the support you have given the Human Bonding Foundation’s missions. Especially your appreciation of the different angle of April Fool’s Day post was a boost. I needed that, it’s scary to go off the beaten path and create a new, wider, and more peaceful trail. I too enjoy accepting my inner fool, then to have so many tell me I am not a fool for starting such a needed Foundation is what the foundation is about. Life is teamwork, thank you for being my teammate.

Thank you for your donations and support, lifting a project off the ground is hard enough, it is even harder when that project is to reunite a fragmented society to strengthen both the community and the individuals. Always take care of your basic required healthy needs first, and know that is self-care not selfishness, enjoy. Then know that we need each other, and we do better when we are encouraged and supported. Reach out to someone today, extend yourself to another if it feels safe and right, then allow yourself to feel true pride for your positive contribution to another. That is how it also becomes self-rewarding.

Don’t forget to look up, we know where the ground is,

I am learning!

Thank you for visiting The Human Bonding Foundation.  We started to help with the rapid social unraveling that is occurring in these stressful times. I first looked at the problems that have been escalating over the past 20 years such as addiction, anxiety, suicide, depression, and social discord. I then researched their many causes, and how to work to negate those negative influences to rebuild both our individual and our communities’ feelings of connection, self-worth, support, and well-being.

I am not savvy with technology or social media, but I beginning to learn.  Please show me patience while I build my skills, these areas are not the more developed parts of my brain. The more developed parts are the humanistic areas, and that is why I have started this Foundation.

Please visit our website at humanbonding.org to see the bigger picture of The Human Bonding Foundation, also known as The Yandle, John D., Sheehan, and Daigle Foundation. Many websites are snapshots, our website is the big picture, because we are taking on a big picture issue. I believe in the goodness within us, and I believe each of us has the ability to make a positive contributing difference. When we extend ourselves by accomplishing a positive action, small or large, active of passive, we have just helped ourselves and others, a win-win situation.  Please help me by first taking great healthy care of yourself, and then extending yourself to others in ways you feel are appropriate and right for you.

Thank you,
Vincent Dodd
